Marcin Czaplicki specialises in civil law, competition law, copyright law, law of advertisement and environment protection law.  He represents individual customers and companies at court proceedings, including penal and penal-fiscal proceedings.  

Marcin Czaplicki advised to leading Polish and international business entities, from sectors of building materials production, transport and forwarding, electronics and insurances.  He participated in organisation of a series of advertising campaigns, investment processes, especially in the scope of environment protection law. He created franchising structures and advised in the field of copyright law management. He acted as an attorney in legal and court-administrative proceedings at common courts, the Supreme Court, administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court. He is the author of concepts and strategies of running court litigations, including decided proceedings regarding interfering copyright range.  

Since 2006, he is a member of the District Advocates Bar in Warsaw.  He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.  

He speaks English fluently.
